Perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements.
Maintain and modify programs.
Design, code and debug applications in various software languages. (ASP.NET, C#, C++, Visual Basic 6.0, VB.NET)
Troubleshoot and debug new and/or existing software programs
Participate and contribute to improvements of software development (products, processes, methods, tools)
Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables.
Maintain the standards of quality and customer/client compliance.

SKILL SET AND REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Basic knowledge in Visual Studio (ASP, ASP.NET, C#, C++, Visual Basic). Previous actual software development experience is an advantage.
Knowledge in any of the following backend RDBMS: MS SQL Server, MySQL and Microsoft Access.
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Ability to grow professionally in a complex and fast-moving environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service Representative
Able to work in a call center setting and promptly answer all inbound calls.
Offer additional sales or products, or sell products or services directly.
Accurate data entry of orders in the system and keeping customers data secure.
Interact with customers over the phone by providing product information in a professional manner.
Identify and promptly escalate issues to supervisors.
At least a High School graduate.
Applicants with work experience in a call center environment or equivalent will have a definite advantage.
Must be willing to work in shifts.
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
